Discovering you’re a neurodivergent adult is a brain-busting, often lonely and isolating exploration plagued with poor sleep and even less societal supports. The experience can feel like walking through a forest of trees at midnight guided only by moonlight and obstacles. We continue to learn about neuroscience, physiology, neurodiversity and emotional chemistry and feel impowered. 

This is our Brain Hugs Toolbox, filled with the very resources we use everyday along our trek through the same forest in our personal story.
